In late summer 2018, an insulation factory was completed in Mäntsälä. The project, which started quickly, was developed together with the customer, and the form of contract was KVR.
Originally, the client’s intention was to renovate an old and empty warehouse into a suitable factory. Through open and participatory discussions, the customer decided to build a completely new factory for himself on a plot of land found in Mäntsälä. The work started with earthworks in September 2017 and the premises were handed over to the customer in stages between May and August 2018.
