The eight-story office building located in Länsi-Pasila was completely modernized to meet today’s needs.

Maistraatinportti 2 is an eight-story office building located in Länsi-Pasila. The modernization of the site was carried out as a project management contract and its scope was approximately 18,000 brm².

The project was characterized by the fact that not all tenants were locked in before the start of implementation. Some of the premises were left raw and implemented together later when the tenants had been secured for the project. Change management was flexible.

Before implementation, the site was developed together with the project parties at Verstas, a project development method created by Fira. At Verstas, participants studied, among other things, alternative methods of implementation in order to find cost savings.
