Two four-storey buildings with a total of 75 apartments were constructed in the Kauklahti region of Espoo, Finland. The site has been designed for senior citizens in particular.
This was Finland’s first site using Luja Super Slabs and Fira Modules intelligent bathroom modules, together. It was also the first residential construction project in which Fira was using RIB iTWO.
These new products mean major improvements in day-to-day construction work on the site. The bathroom modules make it possible to eliminate dozens of tasks. The bathroom modules have also been mass customized to residents’ needs.
