RALA (The Building Quality Association) conducts an annual audit of our processes, and Fira has been awarded the RALA Certificate, which confirms that our quality management system meets the requirements defined in the RALA certification procedure based on the audit. The evaluation criteria include, among other things, key safety aspects. In 2024, there were no safety deficiencies on our construction sites.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/main>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

ISO 14001:2025<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In 2024, a recertification assessment of the environmental management system (ISO 14001:2025<\/strong>) was conducted, which takes place every three years. The assessments were carried out at the office, equipment depot, and on three construction sites included in the audit. The evaluation covered, among other things, the use of protective equipment, the site’s own TR measurement compared to the calibration value, and the level of cleanliness.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/main>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n <\/main>\n<\/section>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

OUR BUSINESS MODEL<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Fira is a construction service company made up of some 300 experts. Our customers include property owners, investment companies, developers, housing companies and consumers. We provide construction as a service, beginning with project development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together with our value network, we develop housing and construction services and solutions that address the environment, delight users and help customers exceed their goals qualitatively and financially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our business model differs from that of traditional construction companies: we focus on the service business for project development and construction, centred around the customer and the people who actually use the facilities. Everything starts from creating value for customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We make long-term investments in improving the flow and quality of construction and the customer experience. We do not carry out projects on our own, but always with our customers. We prefer to use business models in which earnings are linked to value creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
